Please use this form to add your event to the Calendar.

Be sure to read the instructions carefully.

Instructions:

• This calendar is available without charge to nonprofit groups such as garden clubs, botanical gardens, etc.
• This calendar is for events related to gardening, horticulture and botany. Events can include flower shows, plant sales, conferences, symposia, etc.
• If your event is outside the U.S. and Canada, ignore the State or Province field and fill in the Country field.
• Once your listing is posted, you will not be able to edit or delete it. So, make sure you have all the pertinent information and that you read over your listing carefully.
• Required fields are marked in red. All others are optional. If an optional field does not apply to your event, simply leave it blank.
• HTML codes are not permitted in any of the fields.
• Posting is a two step process. You will first be provided a preview of eactly what your listing will look like.
• You must use normal capitalization. Entries with multiple uppercase words will be rejected.
